POWER TO CONDUCT REAL PROPERTY COMMERCE
The agent is hereby given the authority to sell and convey [Description of property], by deed or other instrument, with or without general or other covenants included in granting a deed. The sale will include credit terms, and as the persons or corporation acting as agent shall see fit, the whole or part of any lands, or tenements owned by me located in any county of [state].
The agent is further given the authority to make payment of all mortgages, taxes, and other related charges that may be a lien or charge on any property.
The agent also has the authority to receive payment for any and all real property sold, and for notes received as payment.
